This summer’s edition of Good Connections focuses on Alpine’s people and how the attitudes of our employees enable us to partner with our customers and to react to their individual differences. Our cover features a one of a kind, “Hard Rockin” building with trusses designed and built by a long-time Alpine customer.

The voice of Alpine has decided to retire. Bobbi Murphy served as the receptionist in the Alpine Earth City office and before that with Lumbermate. Karl Bickel, joined the local office staff to celebrate with Bobbi at her last official happy hour. Everyone agreed they will miss that familiar voice and a pleasant smile.

It is an exciting time of year as the Building Component Manufacturers Conference (BCMC) is about to take place in Omaha, Nebraska on October 24 thru 27th at the CenturyLink Center Omaha. The annual trade show offers component manufacturers software and machinery demonstrations, social interaction as well as several worthwhile educational opportunities.
