Alpine has introduced an innovative new small parts conveyor for the ALS 4.0 Linear Saw that is designed to enhance customer productivity by improving efficiency and material flow. It operates by delivering useful small parts one-by-one from the saw exit to a convenient pickup location.
The conveyor not only reduces time and effort collecting small parts, but minimizes the potential for accidents. It increases safety by eliminating the need for employees to retrieve small parts near the saw while also preventing accidental bumping of the Estop button.
